Do I need to complete Parts 1 and 2 first?
Parts 1 and 2 are recommended but not required. Each part builds on foundational MSK knowledge, so having them will deepen your learning in Part 3. That said, if the shoulder is your priority, you can jump in. The bundle is available if you want to get all three at once.
